Isolation converters are mainly used for industrial signal isolation and conversion. They convert DC current or voltage signals into the required signal format through electrical isolation technology, ensuring that the power supply, input, and output terminals are isolated from each other. They support up to 1500V AC voltage isolation to eliminate strong electrical interference. In the electrical isolation conversion of relay protection, the rotary transformer digital converter GX2S1205 can digitize the rotary transformer signal for motor position monitoring and protection. Meanwhile, in a clock synchronization environment, the clock jitter eliminator GX7044 can provide synchronized clocks for multi-channel ADCs to ensure consistent sampling phases.
In electrical isolation conversion, precise control and detection of current and voltage are required, and the high-precision characteristics of the transformer are crucial. GX2S1205 is a 10 bit to 16 bit resolution rotary digital converter that integrates an on-chip programmable sine wave oscillator to provide sine wave excitation for the converter. The sine and cosine input terminals of the converter allow input of 3.15Vp-p ± 27%. The Type II servo loop is used to track input signals and convert information from sine and cosine inputs into digital quantities corresponding to input angles and velocities, with a maximum tracking rate of 3125 rps.

GX2S1205 Introduction:
1. The ratio tracking conversion Type II tracking loop can continuously output position data without conversion delay. It can also suppress noise and provide harmonic distortion tolerance for reference and input signals.
2. System fault detection. The fault detection circuit can detect signal loss, out of range input signal, input signal mismatch, or position tracking loss in rotary transformers. Each fault detection threshold can be individually programmed by the user to optimize for specific applications.
3. Input signal range. The sine and cosine input terminals support a differential input voltage of 3.15Vp-p ± 27%.
4. Programmable excitation frequency. It is easy to set the excitation frequency to multiple standard frequencies within the range of 2kHz to 20kHz.
5. Three formats of positional data. Absolute angular position data can be accessed through parallel ports or 3-wire serial interfaces. The incremental encoder simulation adopts the standard A-quad-B format and provides directional output.
6. Digital speed output. The speed of signed digital quantities can be accessed through parallel ports or 3-wire serial interfaces.
Introduction to the characteristics of clock jitter eliminator GX7044:
GX7044 is a high-performance dual loop integer and decimal division jitter attenuator compatible with HMC7044. It can perform frequency conversion, select reference signals, and generate ultra-low phase noise clocks to provide to parallel or serial (JESD204B) interfaces of high-speed data converters. The low jitter characteristics ensure the stability of the sampling clock and improve the overall performance of the system.
