Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), as the "brain" of industrial automation, is widely used in production lines, mechanical processing, energy management and other fields. It is responsible for receiving sensor signals, performing logical operations and driving actuators. In PLC control systems, the accuracy and reliability of analog signal acquisition determine the control quality.
The 24 bit 125kSPS 8/16 channel AFE GX4115 of GXSC fully meets the acquisition requirements of PLC analog signals, supporting 0.1% uncalibrated measurement of ± 10V and 0-20mA. The GX4115 is compatible with AD4115 and can be directly replaced with PIN TO PIN. Guoxin Sichen provides full technical support and stable supply channels.

Less than 0.1% uncalibrated total error: The GX4115 single-chip can achieve a complete acquisition circuit and provide good uncalibrated error. The uncalibrated total error (including offset error, gain error, nonlinearity, benchmark error, etc.) at room temperature is 0.07%, and the uncalibrated total error over the full temperature range (-40~125 ℃) is 0.15%.
Extremely low offset voltage: GX4115 provides an offset as low as 0.5mV, which is about 10 times smaller than competitors. Offset affects the accuracy of small signals, especially in current acquisition applications. Due to its excellent offset performance, GX4115 can achieve a calibration free accuracy of 0.1% in the range of ± 1.5V to ± 10V.
Better noise: GX4115 provides excellent noise characteristics, offering nearly 16 bit noise free resolution at a conversion speed of 31.25kSPS, which is nearly a one bit improvement compared to industry competitors. Good noise is beneficial for small signal accuracy, especially in current acquisition applications, where smaller resistance sampling resistors can be used to reduce system power consumption while ensuring the same 0.1% accuracy.
Ultra high AC power suppression ratio: In complex factory environments, various frequencies of noise are coupled to the ADC power supply, which greatly tests the AC PSRR performance of the ADC. GX4115 has a power suppression capability of nearly 50dB in the frequency range of 1kHz~100kHz, leading the industry competitors. This feature ensures that the device can still accurately collect data in harsh interference environments.
