High precision zero drift operational amplifier GX44246 replaces MAX44246/OPA2189/OPA2192 for industrial servo systems

Industrial servo system is the core power control unit of automated production lines, CNC machine tools, robots and other equipment. It achieves high-precision motion control of equipment by accurately adjusting motor speed, torque and position. Guoxin Sichen‘s high-precision zero drift, low-noise, track to track input operational amplifier fully meets the signal conditioning requirements of industrial servo systems, helping to improve the accuracy and stability of servo systems.

Due to various noise interferences in industrial environments, operational amplifiers for signal conditioning circuits need to have low input noise and high power supply rejection ratio to ensure the signal-to-noise ratio of the conditioned signal. The operational amplifier GX44246 of GXSC adopts proprietary chopper self zeroing technology, which can basically eliminate DC offset and drift (approximately zero). By continuously measuring and compensating for input misalignment, the effects of drift and 1/f noise are eliminated throughout the entire working time and temperature range. This dual channel operational amplifier device has full swing output and is powered by a single power supply ranging from 2.7V to 36V. Each channel only consumes 0.42mA of current, and the input reference noise voltage is as low as 9nV/.
GX44246 has a stable unit gain and a gain bandwidth product of 5MHz, providing excellent performance indicators: 5 µ V (maximum) offset voltage, 20nV/° C (maximum) drift, and only 117nVP-P noise in the range of 0.1Hz to 10Hz. It is ideal for applications with ultra-low noise and ultra-high DC precision, such as industrial servos and variable frequency drives. Its main characteristics are as follows:
