The GX45XX series is a high-precision, low-temperature drift, low-noise, and low-power voltage reference source. Its absolute voltage accuracy can reach within ± 0.1%. In the temperature range of -40 ℃~125 ℃, the typical temperature drift is 10ppm/℃, and the extremely low-temperature drift version has a temperature drift as low as 3ppm/℃. When the output voltage is 2.048V, the 1/f noise voltage is 9 μ Vpp. Within the range of 0Hz~1KHz, the power suppression ratio can reach up to 60dB.

Precision current sources require long-term stable operation, and long-term drift of the reference voltage can lead to a gradual decrease in current output accuracy; Meanwhile, load changes may cause fluctuations in the reference voltage, affecting current stability. The working voltage range of GX45XX is 3.1V~5.5V, with a typical static working current of 900 μ A and a maximum load current of ± 10mA.
