Distributed Control System (DCS) has the advantages of decentralized control and centralized management, and is the main architecture for stable operation of complex systems. The main logic is to distribute control functions to multiple on-site control units, each responsible for collecting sensor signals (such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, current) within the area, and then uploading the data to the central controller through a communication network, thereby achieving global collaborative control of the system.
The distributed control scenario requires characteristics such as multi-channel synchronous acquisition requirements, the contradiction between wide temperature and low power consumption, and accuracy guarantee under strong interference. The GXSC 24 bit 125kSPS 8/16 channel AFE GX4114/4115 high-resolution can accurately quantify voltage signals, making the system collect parameters closer to real values. The GX4114/4115 includes a high-voltage precision voltage divider resistor, a 16 channel analog switch, a low-temperature drift reference source, and a true differential high-precision 125KSPS 24 bit ∑ - Δ ADC. It supports operation in a wide temperature range of -40~125 ℃ in industrial environments of distributed control systems and provides up to 0.15% calibration free accuracy across the entire temperature range. Perfectly adapted to the on-site data collection requirements of distributed control systems.

GX4114/4115 is designed based on the ∑ - Δ ADC core, and its integrated acquisition feature has better noise suppression ability compared to SAR type ADC, while also achieving power frequency suppression. GX4114/4115 performance is PIN TO PIN compatible with AD4115. The extremely small offset voltage provides an offset as low as 0.5mV, which is about 10 times smaller than competitors. Offset affects the accuracy of small signals, especially in voltage acquisition applications. Due to its excellent offset performance, GX4114/4115 can achieve a calibration free accuracy of 0.1% in the range of ± 1.5V to ± 10V.
The application characteristics of GX4114/4115 are introduced as follows:
• Effective resolution: 17.9bits@62.5kSPS
