Mechanical health monitoring is a technology that ensures the safe operation of equipment and avoids sudden failures. It collects vibration, impact, temperature, sound pressure and other signals of mechanical equipment (such as motors, bearings, gearboxes, turbines) through sensors, analyzes signal characteristics, identifies early failures in advance, and evaluates the remaining life of the equipment. Widely used in industrial manufacturing, aerospace, rail transit and other fields. Mechanical health monitoring signals have characteristics such as weakness, wideband, and strong interference, requiring a high-precision, ultra-low noise, wideband sampling, and strong anti-interference analog front-end sampling chip to match the application requirements of mechanical health monitoring.
The 24 bit 4-channel synchronous sampling analog front-end chip GX1274 of GXSC is designed specifically for multi-channel high-precision dynamic signal acquisition. This chip can replace ADS1274 in software and hardware, and GXSC provides technical support and stable supply channels throughout the process.

The advantages of GX1274 chip compared to ADS1274 are as follows:
Higher signal-to-noise ratio: Two filter options have been added, with a 3dB increase in broadband filter mode and a 5dB increase in low latency filter mode
Ultra low distortion performance: High resolution mode can reach 116dB
Ultra high common mode rejection ratio: improved by about 8dB
Extremely low power consumption: reduce power consumption by 40%
The GX1274 uses a high-order multi bit Delta sigma modulator to shape the in band noise and filter it out through an on-chip digital extraction filter, resulting in very low in band noise power. There are two types of on-chip digital filters to choose from: a high bandwidth FIR filter with an effective bandwidth of 90.6% of the Nyquist bandwidth and an in band ripple of less than ± 0.005dB; and a low latency SINC filter that can generate stable data output within 6 cycles and has better noise performance.
The characteristics of GX1274 are as follows:
4-channel synchronous sampling, data rate up to 144kSps
High bandwidth FIR filters and low latency SINC filters are optional
Low power consumption: HS mode: 34.0mW/channel;
HR mode: 20.8mW/channel;
LP mode: 10.9mW/channel;
LS mode: 2.7mW/channel;

Common mode rejection ratio: 116dB
Analog power supply 5V; digital power supply 1.8V
IO power supply: 1.8V~3.3V
SPI or frame synchronization interface, supporting daisy chain mode
ESD level: HBM ± 2kV, CDM ± 2kV; Latch up ± 600mA
