Domestic dual channel 10 bit 1.0GSPS high-speed ADC GX10D1000 replaces ADC10D1000 for ultra wideband satellite data reception

In the field of satellite communication, ultra wideband satellite data reception requires large capacity and high-speed information transmission. The system receives ultra wideband RF signals from the satellite downlink and extracts high bit rate data from them, such as remote sensing satellite image data with a bit rate of over 1Gbps. GXSC‘s dual channel 10 bit 1.0GSPS high-speed ADC GX10D1000 has a full power bandwidth of 2.4GHz. GX10D1000 performance benchmarks TI‘s ADC10D1000 chip and can achieve PIN to PIN replacement for use in ultra wideband satellite data receiving systems.
GX10D1000 is equipped with two 10 bit 1.0GSPS high-speed ADCs. Each channel ADC has an independent DDR data clock (DCLKI and DCLKQ). When both ADC channels are working, DCLKI and DCLKQ are always in phase, so only one can be used to collect all data. If the 1:2 Demux mode is selected, another set of 10 Bit LVDS buses will be enabled, causing the data rate of each set of LVDS to change to half of the Non Demux mode to reduce the timing requirements for data capture.

GX10D1000 achieves excellent dynamic performance with low power consumption of less than 2W. The data output format can be programmed into two types: offset binary code and complement code, and the LVDS interface that complies with international standards is used to output data. The output common mode can be adjusted at two voltages of 0.8V and 1.2V. In addition, GX10D1000 supports AutoSync function and can be used for multi chip cascading. The product is packaged in plastic BGA292 packaging and operates at temperatures ranging from -40 ℃ to 85 ℃.
