The GX31xx features a maximum temperature drift of 15ppm/°C, with a CMOS voltage reference offering an initial accuracy of up to ±0.15%. It serves directly as a precision measurement reference without requiring additional calibration. Additionally, it delivers low output noise of only 15μVp-p/V, ensuring reliable measurement of weak signals. The GX31xx is housed in a compact SOT-23 package, compatible with most ADCs and DACs, and operates over a wide temperature range of −40°C to 125°C. Its low output voltage hysteresis and minimal long-term output voltage drift further enhance stability and system reliability.
