Anti-eavesdropping devices typically refer to wireless signal detectors that filter out environmental signals to ensure no suspicious eavesdropping signals exist in the physical environment. They are primarily used to detect illegal electronic products such as eavesdropping devices and pinhole cameras that transmit information via wireless signals. The detection frequency range spans 30-4500MHz, covering known signals from 2G, 3G, 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, CDMA, and other bands, encompassing the entire frequency spectrum.
Anti-eavesdropping devices feature high detection sensitivity, enabling precise localization of eavesdropping devices through sensitivity adjustment. GXSC‘s high-performance broadband mixers offer advantages including ultra-wideband coverage from 2GHz to 15GHz, low noise, and ultra-high linearity. They reliably capture concealed RF signals, significantly enhancing the detection rate and localization accuracy of anti-eavesdropping equipment.
The GXSC broadband mixer supports both up-conversion and down-conversion. Its IF port features a differential interface, allowing selection of an appropriate external balun to convert to single-ended signals based on the actual IF frequency used. This chip is particularly suitable for scenarios where the IF frequency is below 500MHz. The differential ports can be directly cascaded with differential filters or differential IF amplifiers. The chip operates over a wide frequency range: RF frequency 2~15GHz, LO frequency 1~14GHz, IF frequency DC~6GHz, with ultra-wideband characteristics across all ports.

The GXSC broadband mixer chip integrates an LO amplifier, requiring only a typical LO power of 0dBm for normal operation. It incorporates an optional LO doubler that can halve the required LO frequency when needed, reducing the chip‘s source dependency. Key advantages of the GXSC product are as follows:
Performance replacement for LTC5548/5549
Broadband, multi-purpose RF, LO, and IF ports
CMOS process for low mass production cost
High linearity: Downconverter input P-1dB 15dBm, IIP3 26dBm; Upconverter input P.1dB 14dBm, IIP3 24dBm
Supports ultra-low frequency IF applications
High linearity (input P1 and IIP3)
Low power consumption with simple 3.3V single-supply operation
Compact size for miniaturized designs
Available in QFN package or bare die
Operating temperature range: -55°C to 125°C
This GXSC mixer chip operates on a single 3.3V supply, consuming only 3.3V/83mA (multiplier OFF) and 3.3V/96mA (multiplier ON). Its low power characteristics make it particularly suitable for battery-powered portable radar equipment.
