Energy management serves as a vital means to achieve energy conservation, reduce consumption, optimize resource allocation, and enhance energy utilization efficiency. By precisely collecting various energy parameters—including electricity, heat, and water—it enables data monitoring, energy consumption analysis, optimized control, and metering statistics. This provides reliable foundations for efficient energy utilization and informed decision-making.
In the energy data acquisition process, analog-to-digital converters transform continuous analog energy signals—such as voltage, current, and power—into discrete digital signals. The GXSC 8-channel, 18-bit, 200kSPS synchronous sampling ADC enhances the accuracy of energy signal measurement and the reliability of control operations, making it highly suitable for this application. Its 16-bit high precision with no missing codes ensures metering accuracy. Supporting single-channel, multi-channel, and full-channel synchronous acquisition, it enables simultaneous sampling of multiple energy analog signals in a single operation. This eliminates energy calculation errors caused by timing deviations between channels, significantly improving the efficiency and consistency of energy data acquisition.

The GXSC ADC integrates eight 18-bit fast, low-power successive approximation ADCs supporting simultaneous sampling across all eight channels. Each channel achieves a conversion rate of up to 200kSPS. Powered solely by a 5V supply, the chip supports conversion of true bipolar input signals ranging from ±10V to ±5V.
To simplify PCB design for data acquisition systems, the GXSC ADC incorporates an input buffer with 1MΩ input impedance and an anti-aliasing filter, enabling direct analog signal acquisition. It also integrates a flexible, high-precision configurable reference voltage generator and buffer. Support for parallel or serial modes is configurable via different hardware pin connections, creating multiple interface options for connecting the device to microprocessors or DSPs.
Key features of the GXSC ADC include:
