GXSC power module regulators, designed to replace the LTM4644, are widely used in high-performance digital systems

Time:2026-04-10 Views:0
Today, high-performance digital systems are rapidly evolving toward higher computing power, greater density, and miniaturization. As the integration of core components such as FPGAs, DSPs, ASICs, and high-end processors continues to increase, these systems often require multiple independent and precise voltage rails for power supply, while simultaneously facing multiple challenges including high current output, fast transient response, space constraints, and low noise interference.

The GXSC is a four-channel, 4A DC/DC power module regulator specifically designed for complex multi-rail power supply scenarios. The regulator features a miniature module package, and its outputs can be paralleled to form an array capable of delivering up to 16A of current, meeting the power supply requirements of DSPs across different power levels. The package integrates a switch controller, power FETs, inductors, and supporting components. It aligns perfectly with the power supply requirements of high-performance digital systems, ensuring stable system operation and reliability.
For voltage regulation in high-performance digital systems, the GXSC regulator operates within an input voltage range of 4V to 14V or 2.375V to 14V (using an external bias power supply) and supports an output voltage range of 0.6V to 5.5V. The device’s high-efficiency design enables each channel to deliver 4A continuous (5A peak) output current, requiring only large-capacity input and output capacitors, and can accommodate the multi-voltage rail requirements of DSP cores and peripherals. Additionally, the wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and triple protection mechanisms against overvoltage, overcurrent, and overheating further enhance reliability in industrial environments.
