Vibration monitoring devices collect real-time data on vibration acceleration, velocity, displacement, spectral characteristics, and temperature parameters to provide early warnings of equipment abnormalities and trace the root causes of failures. They are intelligent devices that ensure the continuous and stable operation of industrial production lines and reduce downtime-related losses.
Industrial vibration monitoring devices operate under conditions characterized by high-frequency continuous data acquisition, sudden changes in transient data, complex and harsh operating environments, and long-term unattended operation. These conditions place extremely high demands on the storage unit’s real-time read/write capabilities, data retention reliability, erase/write cycle life, and wide-temperature stability. Traditional FLASH and EEPROM storage solutions suffer from short erase-write lifespans, high write latency, and susceptibility to data loss during power outages. GXSC FRAM, which is comparable to the MB85RS2M/FM25V20, fully resolves the technical issues associated with traditional storage solutions.

GXSC FRAM utilizes ferroelectric and silicon-gate CMOS processes to form non-volatile memory cells. Unlike SRAM, this chip retains data without requiring a battery. The memory cells in this chip support 1E11 read/write operations, offering read/write endurance that far exceeds that of FLASH and EEPROM. Furthermore, unlike FLASH or EEPROM, it does not require lengthy data write times and has no latency.
The performance specifications of the GXSC FRAM are as follows:
• Capacity: 2 Mbit, with an SPI interface;
• Operating frequency: 25 MHz;
• High-speed read capability: Supports 40 MHz high-speed read commands;
• Operating temperature range: -40°C to 85°C;
• Package types: SOP8 150-mil package and SOP8 208-mil package, RoHS compliant
• Performance compatible with MB85RS2MT (Fujitsu) and FM25V20A (Cypress);
The industrial-grade ferroelectric memory SF25C20 overcomes the shortcomings of traditional memory architectures. Leveraging the physical properties of ferroelectric memory, it delivers integrated performance featuring high-speed read/write capabilities, ultra-long lifespan, non-volatile data retention, and stability across a wide temperature range. All parameters are fully aligned with the demanding operational requirements of industrial vibration monitoring equipment.
