Replacing the AD9633: GXSC GX9633 Quad-Channel 12-Bit 125MSPS ADC for High-Speed Imaging

Time:2026-09-29 Views:9
High-speed imaging technology achieves capture of high-speed moving targets, identification of微小 defects, and visual analysis of dynamic processes through high-frequency image acquisition, high-speed signal digitization, and real-time image processing. It is a key technology in the fields of machine vision, medical ultrasound imaging, and precision defect detection. High-speed imaging systems rely on optical sensors, imaging probes, and photoelectric conversion devices to convert optical signals into analog electrical signals and generate continuous analog image signals. Such systems can use a domestic quad-channel 12-bit 125MSPS analog-to-digital converter.

The GX9633 replaces ADI‘s AD9633 in both software and hardware. It offers the advantages of four-channel synchronization, high-speed wideband, low noise and high dynamic range, and programmable configuration. Based on an efficient architecture design, it integrates a 12-bit high-speed sampling core, a four-channel hardware synchronization architecture, ultra-wide analog bandwidth, and a high-speed LVDS serial transmission interface. It balances high-speed sampling, multi-channel synchronization, low-noise high-fidelity performance, and low-power operation, with parameters precisely tailored to the scenario requirements of high-speed imaging systems.
The GX9633 features a 650MHz full-power analog input bandwidth, enabling distortion-free acquisition of high-frequency fine pixel signals, edge transition signals, and fast dynamic change signals in imaging systems. It fully preserves image texture and edge contours, effectively improving image resolution and detail restoration capability.
Key features of the GX9633 are as follows:
• 1.8V power supply, replaces ADI‘s AD9633
• Low power: 100mW per channel at 125MSPS, with scalable power options
• Signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) = 71dB
• Spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) = 91dBc
• Differential nonlinearity (DNL) = ±0.3LSB (typical); integral nonlinearity (INL) = ±0.5LSB (typical)
• Serial LVDS and low-power, simplified signal options
• 650MHz full-power analog bandwidth
• 2Vp-p input voltage range
• Serial port control
• Full-chip and per-channel shutdown modes
• Built-in and custom digital test pattern generation
• Multi-chip synchronization and clock divider
• Programmable output clock and data alignment
