GXSC ferroelectric memory GX85RS2MC compatible with MB85RS128/FM25V01 for application in engineering machinery instruments

Time:2025-08-12 Views:565
Engineering machinery instruments generally require real-time display of operating parameters (such as engine speed, hydraulic system pressure, fuel quantity), recording of fault codes, and storage of user configurations. In a working environment with severe vibration, large temperature fluctuations, and strong electromagnetic interference, storage devices need to have characteristics such as non-volatile, high-speed read and write, and high erase and write times. The unique material properties of ferroelectric memory make it an ideal choice for such scenarios.

Ferroelectric memory has high speed for real-time data recording. During the operation of construction machinery, 10-20 sets of working condition data need to be recorded per second. The storage device is required to have a fast write speed and a single write delay of less than 10 μ s to avoid record loss caused by data backlog. For example, during heavy load operations, if the storage delay of an excavator is too long, critical pressure peak data may be lost, affecting equipment health assessment.
GX85RS2MC provides a storage capacity of 128Kb, equivalent to MB85RS128/FM25V01, which can meet the parameter storage needs of engineering instruments. Meanwhile, the storage unit of GX85RS2MC can be used for 1e6 read/write operations, with a working frequency of up to 25MHz and support for 40MHz high-speed read commands. These performance indicators such as read/write speed and durability are very suitable for the application environment of engineering machinery instruments.

GX85RS2MC is fully compatible with MB85RS128 (Fujitsu) and FM25V01 (Cypress) in terms of capacity, interface, operating voltage, power consumption, operating temperature, and packaging, providing a cost-effective domestic alternative solution for engineering machinery instruments, while ensuring reliable performance and reducing supply stability risks.
