Low noise 24 bit analog-to-digital converter GX7793 benchmarking AD7793 applied in precision measurement analog front-end

Time:2025-08-19 Views:512
Precision measurement technology is the key to obtaining accurate data, whether it is concentration analysis of trace substances, detection of small force values, or high-precision temperature measurement, all rely on the precise detection and processing of weak signals by the analog front-end. Traditional analog front-end often faces problems such as noise interference, significant temperature drift, and insufficient dynamic range, making it difficult to meet the requirements of ultra precision measurement. GXSC‘s low-noise 24 bit analog-to-digital converter GX7793 can provide stable and reliable signal conversion solutions for various high-precision measurement scenarios.

GX7793 analog-to-digital converter is a low-power, low-noise 24 bit ADC suitable for high-precision measurement applications, with performance compatible with AD7793. The GX7793 contains three differential analog inputs and integrates an on-chip low-noise instrument amplifier, allowing for direct input of small signals. The device can operate with an internal clock or an external clock, and the output data rate can be set through software programming, ranging from 4.17Hz to 940Hz. The signal amplitude varies greatly in different measurement scenarios, and GX7793 has a wide dynamic range and linearity.
GX7793 Main Performance:
Working voltage range: 2.7V-5.25V
Maximum effective resolution of 23 bits
Root Mean Square (RMS) noise: 38nV (at 4.17Hz); 79nV (at 16.7Hz)
Power consumption: working mode 360 µ A
Supports 15 update rates: 4.17Hz-940Hz
3-channel differential signal input
