In the equipment condition monitoring system, sensors are responsible for collecting various physical quantities such as temperature, pressure, and vibration from the equipment and converting them into analog electrical signals. These analog signals are then transmitted to the analog-to-digital converter (ADC), which converts the analog signals into digital signals before transmitting them to the subsequent digital signal processing system. It can be said that the performance of the ADC directly determines the data acquisition accuracy and speed of the equipment condition monitoring system. This paper recommends a domestically produced four-channel 10-bit 1.25/2.5/5 GSPS high-speed ADC to meet the application requirements of equipment condition monitoring.
High resolution enables the device to more accurately distinguish analog signals, where subtle vibration changes may indicate impending equipment failure. The GX10AQ190A analog-to-digital converter features 10-bit resolution, precisely capturing minute variations in the device. Supporting sampling rates of 1.25Gsps, 2.5Gsps, or up to 5Gsps, this converter achieves a maximum sampling rate of 5Gsps. Such high sampling rates allow the analog-to-digital converter to rapidly sample analog signals, enabling real-time tracking of dynamic changes in the equipment.

Each channel of the GX10AQ190A ADC has an independent DDR data clock. When multiple channel ADCs are in operation, any data clock can be selected to simultaneously capture data from several channels. The GX10AQ190A supports interleaved operation modes between channels. In dual-channel mode, the ADC operates at a 2.5GSPS sampling rate, while in single-channel mode, it operates at 5GSPS. It also supports AutoSync automatic synchronization functionality, enabling multi-chip cascading, single-board multi-ADC cascading automatic synchronization, and multi-board multi-ADC cascading automatic synchronization.
Product Advantages of GX10AQ190A:
Adopting a self-designed architecture, it achieves excellent dynamic performance with a low power consumption of less than 3.2W
Package dimensions compatible with reference model, supporting functional replacement of EV10AQ190A
