In the field of industrial production, process control serves as a critical link in ensuring efficient, stable operations and reliable product quality. The GXSC single-channel 16-bit analog-to-digital converter, the GX7612, offers outstanding performance, making it an ideal choice for data acquisition. As a low-power successive approximation ADC, the GX7612 features a conversion rate of up to 750kSPS and is pin-compatible with the AD7612.
The GX7612 supports the conversion of true bipolar input signals of ±10V and ±5V with only a 5V power supply. Through its built-in correction algorithm, the product significantly enhances both dynamic and static performance, featuring a bipolar zero-level error as low as ±2LSB and linearity better than 1LSB. Due to its single 5V power supply, the power consumption is minimized.

To simplify the PCB design of the data acquisition system, the GX7612 incorporates an input buffer with 1MΩ input impedance and an anti-aliasing filter for direct analog signal acquisition. It also integrates a flexibly configurable high-precision reference voltage generator and buffer. The chip supports both parallel and serial modes, configured through different hardware pin connection schemes. This feature creates multiple connection conditions for interfacing the device with microprocessors or DSPs.
