In the field of industrial production, process control serves as a critical link in ensuring efficient, stable operations and reliable product quality. Across industries such as chemical engineering, power generation, and mechanical manufacturing, process control achieves this by real-time monitoring and precise regulation of key parameters like temperature, pressure, flow rate, and liquid level during production. This maintains stable operational conditions and prevents quality defects or reduced efficiency caused by parameter fluctuations.
In complex industrial environments, process control relies on the precise sensing and acquisition of various analog signals. The GXSC single-channel 16-bit analog-to-digital converter GX7612 delivers outstanding performance, making it an ideal choice for data acquisition. As a low-power successive approximation ADC, the GX7612 achieves a conversion rate of up to 750 kSPS and can be pin-to-pin compatible with the AD7612.

The GX7612 can support true bipolar input signals of ±10V and ±5V with a simple 5V power supply. Through built-in calibration algorithms, the product significantly enhances both dynamic and static performance, featuring a bipolar zero-level error as low as ±2LSB and linearity better than 1LSB. The use of a single 5V power supply results in lower power consumption.
To simplify the PCB design of the data acquisition system, the GX7612 incorporates an input buffer with a 1MΩ input impedance and an anti-aliasing filter for direct analog signal acquisition. It also features a flexibly configurable high-precision reference voltage generator and buffer. The GX7612 supports both parallel and serial modes, which can be configured through different hardware pin connection patterns. This functionality creates multiple connection conditions for interfacing the device with microprocessors or DSPs.
