High-speed ADC GX12DL3200 compatible with ADC12DL3200 for LiDAR ranging applications

LiDAR boasts ultra-high ranging accuracy, wide detection range, and strong environmental adaptability, serving as a key technology for environmental perception and spatial positioning. Its working principle involves emitting laser pulses and receiving reflected echo signals to calculate target distance, with the precision and efficiency of this process entirely dependent on high-speed, high-accuracy acquisition and conversion of echo signals. Guoxin‘s 12-bit resolution, 3.2GSPS ultra-high sampling rate analog-to-digital converter provides precise spatial measurement for intelligent sensing scenarios.

The GXSC dual-channel 12-bit 3.2GSPS high-speed ADC, GX12DL3200, features two built-in 12-bit, 3.2GSPS high-speed ADCs and supports single-channel mode with a maximum sampling rate of 5GSPS. The ultra-high-speed synchronous sampling and precise conversion of GX12DL3200 make it highly suitable for LiDAR ranging solutions. GX12DL3200 can replace the ADC12DL3200 pin-to-pin, making it the preferred solution for high-speed LiDAR systems.
The GX12DL3200 features a self-developed architecture with single power supply, achieving excellent dynamic performance at a low power consumption of less than 2W. It supports parallel LVDS interface for data output, with a minimum conversion delay of 10ns. The data interface supports Demux mode, enabling parallel output via up to 48 pairs of LVDS buses, with LVDS bus data rates reaching 1.6Gbps. The output data format is programmable in offset binary or two‘s complement format, offering user-friendly flexibility. The GX12DL3200 incorporates AutoSync automatic synchronization functionality, supporting multi-device cascading. It facilitates both single-board multi-ADC cascading synchronization and multi-board multi-ADC cascading synchronization.
