The high-precision, low-temperature drift, low-noise, and low-power voltage references GX4520/4525/4540 from GXSC can meet the demanding requirements of high-precision industrial applications. These devices achieve an absolute voltage accuracy of within ±0.1%. Within the operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, the typical temperature drift of GX4520/4525/4540 is 5ppm/°C, while the ultra-low temperature drift version exhibits a drift as low as 3ppm/°C. At an output voltage of 2.5V, the 1/f noise voltage is 9uVpp, and the power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of the device reaches up to 60dB within the 0Hz~1KHz range.

The GX4520/4525/4540 offers three output voltage options: 2.048V, 2.5V, and 4.096V, and can replace the corresponding counterparts ADR4520, ADR4525, and ADR4540. Among them, the operating voltage range for ADR4520 and ADR4525 counterparts is 3.1V~5.5V, while for the ADR4540 counterpart, it is 4.75V~5.5V. The typical quiescent operating current is 900A, and the maximum load current is ±10mA.
The series product features an 8-pin SOIC package, compatible with imported products such as the ADR4520/25/40, and operates within a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. The performance specifications are as follows:
