Domestically produced high-precision, low-temperature-coefficient, low-noise voltage references replacing ADR4520/4525/4540 are applied in precision data acquisition systems

Precision data acquisition involves the process of collecting and analyzing data from various physical phenomena. It enables high-precision quantification of weak signals even in complex environments and is widely applied in engineering, scientific research, and industrial settings. It allows for real-time monitoring and control of parameters such as temperature, pressure, and voltage.
As the "quantization scale" of an ADC, the voltage reference source‘s minor drift or noise can directly amplify into measurement errors. Its reference errors may cause sensor data to deviate from thresholds, and temperature drift can also affect signal measurement accuracy.

The high-precision reference voltage source of GXSC boasts exceptional stability, ultra-low noise, and a wide operating temperature range. It can replace the ADR4520/4525/4540 pin-by-pin for use in precision data acquisition systems. The voltage reference source in this system achieves an absolute accuracy of within ±0.1%, with a typical temperature drift of 5 ppm/°C over the -55°C to 125°C temperature range. The ultra-low drift version exhibits a drift as low as 3 ppm/°C, ensuring system stability in extreme environments. When the output voltage is 2.5V, the 1/f noise voltage is 9 µVpp, and the power supply rejection ratio reaches up to 60 dB within the 0Hz~1KHz range.
Features of the GXSC Voltage Reference Source:
• Ultra-low temperature drift of 10ppm/°C, down to 3ppm/°C
• The initial voltage absolute accuracy reaches ±0.1%
• 0Hz~1kHz, 60dB power ripple suppression
• 0.1Hz~10Hz, 1/f noise as low as 9μVpp
• 900μA low quiescent current
• ±10mA drive current
• SOIC-8 Small Outline Integrated Circuit Package
• ESD rating is 6kV (HBM)
• PIN TO PIN Replacement for ADR4520/4525/4540
The GXSC voltage reference series offers three output voltage options: 2.048V, 2.5V, and 4.096V, with a typical quiescent current of 900μA and a maximum load current of ±10mA. The series features an 8-pin SOIC package and operates within a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
