GXSC OPA Replaces OP27 in PLL Filtering

Time:2026-06-18 Views:305
The primary functions of a phase-locked loop (PLL) are to achieve phase locking of the input signal, frequency tracking, and high-precision clock regeneration, providing low-jitter, highly stable, and high-precision reference clocks and carrier signals for various electronic systems. GXSC’s low-noise, low-temperature-drift, high-precision, high-speed operational amplifiers feature low input noise, low temperature-drift offset, low initial offset voltage, high linear gain, and moderate bandwidth-to-slope ratio. They are currently widely used in instrumentation, precision signal conditioning, PLL filtering, industrial process control, and audio applications.

GXSC OPAs feature an offset voltage as low as 10 μV and a temperature drift of the offset voltage as low as 0.44 μV/°C, making them an ideal choice for precision instrumentation applications. Low noise voltage density (3 nV/Hz at 1 kHz), a low 1/f noise cutoff frequency (5.2 Hz), and high gain (minimum 120 dB) enable precise, high-gain amplification of low-level signals. A gain-bandwidth product of 10 MHz and a slew rate of 2.6 V/µs provide excellent dynamic performance in high-speed data acquisition systems.

The GXSC OPA achieves a low input bias current of 1 nA through input current compensation technology; typically, the input bias current and input offset current are maintained at 2 nA and 3.6 nA, respectively, across the full temperature range. Furthermore, its output stage offers excellent load-driving capability; an output swing of ±14.5 V into a 600 Ω load and low output distortion make this op-amp an ideal choice for professional audio applications. The chip’s PSRR and CMRR both exceed 120 dB. These characteristics, combined with excellent long-term stability, enable circuit designers to achieve product performance previously attainable only with discrete designs.
